While every person's journey is different, many clients come away with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in navigating challenges, and practical tools for creating meaningful change.
Whether through therapy or psychological assessment, we aim to help you gain clarity about your experiences, recognize your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident in navigating life's challenges.
Many clients find that they gain not only relief from distress, but also a deeper understanding of who they are, what they need, and how to move forward in a way that feels sustainable.
Session durations are flexible to meet your specific needs. Standard individual appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes, while sessions for couples or families typically last 90 minutes. For all other services, we are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
We do not contact insurance companies on your behalf.
We offer the option for clients to receive a superbill after an evaluation is completed.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the services provided, diagnosis information (if applicable), and provider credentials.
You may submit a superbill to your insurance company to seek partial reimbursement.
Please note:
A superbill is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee reimbursement.
All communication with your insurance provider is your responsibility.
Services provided by trainees may not be eligible for reimbursement. If you are considering submitting for reimbursement, we recommend checking with your insurance company in advance.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or aren't using insurance an estimate of the expected cost of medical services. We provide a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost before services begin. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
